Donald E. Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Williams Accounting & Consulting. He founded Williams Accounting & Consulting in 2005 with the opening of its New Orleans, Louisiana office, which was soon followed by the opening of its Atlanta, Georgia office in 2006. Mr. Williams has successfully grown Williams Accounting & Consulting to over 1,000 individual and business clients located throughout the Southeast.
Prior to founding Williams Accounting & Consulting, Mr. Williams earned a BA in Accounting from Southern University at New Orleans, graduating at the top of his class. He earned a Master of Arts in Accounting, with honors, from Clark Atlanta University in 2008.
As an entrepreneur and business owner, Mr. Williams understands the challenges faced by business owners. He has structured Williams Accounting & Consulting to efficiently and effectively serve entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals for affordable prices. Williams Accounting & Consulting takes care of the accounting, financial, and tax demands for its clients so that the clients can spend time focusing on their businesses and personal lives. Mr. Williams also helps clients resolve tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities to stop collection actions. Mr. Williams strives to provide personal attention to each client and regularly assists clients with strategic planning and introductions to other local business owners and professionals.
Mr. Williams is actively engaged in various community activities. He has developed on-the-job training programs for disadvantaged individuals interested in accounting-related work opportunities. Mr. Williams helps needy families purchase toys and food for the year-end holidays. Since 2006, he has operated a successful non-profit organization, Ordinaire, whose mission is to promote health, wellness, and economic stability for disadvantaged individuals through education, training, and empowerment.
